Bisty

‘The Big Cheese’. Why Bisty you may ask? Christian is his real name, which got shortened to Christy then somehow Bisty!
Millie

Bisty’s Babybell & digital marketing extraordinaire. She loves cheese, so much so she has a weekly bath, filled to the top with melted Brie! Millie will be at the truck every Friday to serve you cheese lovin’ fans ❤️
Caroline

Bisty’s Babybell - She can’t eat cheeese! Is she crazy you may ask? Well naaaaaa, she loves the Vegan Grilled Cheese at Bisty’s (not tried it? Vegan or not, give it a go, it’s pretty darn delicious!). At the truck every Thursday!
Deanne

Bisty’s Babybell will be working Wednesdays at the truck. Dee’s great great Grandmother is Mother Teresa & carries on her legacy by welcoming the people of Bisty’s with open arms.
Amy

Bisty’s Babybel - You may recognise Amy, she previously worked for the Royal Household as a body guard 💂‍♀️ where she spent 12 hours a day standing outside Buckingham Palace. Despite being very bored, Amy loved the monthly drive where she would take Charles out in the Range to Waitrose for his weekly shop.
Rez

Bisty’s Babybel - Our weekend gal, Rez used to work in a Cheese shop in Scotland before coming to Falmouth to study her masters. She loves cheese so much that when applying for BISTY’S she put a block of ‘Stinking Bishop’ in her bag to try make herself smell cheesy.
